ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were (1) to analyze factors of using biofuels of
motorcycles (2) to analyze factors affecting biofuels consumption of motorcycles (3) to
analyze risk factors that affecting biofuels consumption of motorcycles, and (4) to propose
guidelines for risk management. The valid and reliable questionnaires were used to collect
data. The sample of analyzing factors of using biofuels of motorcycles consisted of 510
motorcyclists who use gasohol 91 or 95 or E20 or E85 in Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima
Province. The sample of studying factors and risk assessment of factors that affecting
biofuels consumption of motorcycles consisted of 510 motorcyclists who use gasohol 91,
95, E20, and E85 in Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province per fuel type. The data
were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Structural
Equation Modeling, and risk analysis.
The research findings indicated that the factors of using biofuels of motorcycles
were seven factors: information, price, gas station, public relations, alternative
assessment, purchase decision and satisfaction. The factors affecting gasohol 91
consumption prioritized in order from highest to lowest are as follows: gas station,
information, alternative assessment, satisfaction, price, purchase decision, and public
relations. Furthermore, all factors described the variance of gasohol 91 consumption was
approximately 83.40 percent. The factors affecting gasohol 95 consumption prioritized in
order from highest to lowest are as follows: information, gas station, satisfaction,
alternative assessment, purchase decision, price, and public relations. Furthermore, all
factors described the variance of gasohol 95 consumption was approximately 86.50
